Very good, warm welcome. Superb service. We were given time to savor the dishes with attentive staff, who explained each course. Aside from the parking situation, I have nothing to complain about regarding this establishment. Thank you for all the delicious flavors I discovered at Edgar's. Living just 800 meters from this restaurant, you're likely to see me again. Thank you again. It was our wedding anniversary, and we weren't disappointed.

This review pertains solely to the restaurant, as I was not staying at the hotel. The dining room is perfectly suited to the ambiance of a dinner. The cuisine is creative and flawlessly executed, both in terms of the balance of the dishes and the cooking techniques. Special mention goes to the fennel dessert: a triumph! The service is equally impressive: efficient, pleasant, and professional. In short, we can confidently say that the experience is worthy of a Michelin star, while maintaining very reasonable prices for such high quality. Congratulations to the team.

We went to Edgar restaurant and ordered the four-course menu for dinner on Friday, May 1st. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive, and the dishes refined with a lovely presentation. However, we have mixed feelings about our experience. For a restaurant that aims for a bistronomic experience, we have to admit that the experience and quality didn't quite live up to the price. We were also a little disappointed with the desserts. Overall, a mixed review.

The Hotel Edgar is very well located in the city center. We spent one night there on a half-board basis, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. In the restaurant, the service was relaxed yet very professional. As for the food, the cuisine was exceptional, worthy of this "distinguished establishment." We highly recommend this hotel.
