La Table d'Edgar sur Saint-Brieuc

We went to Edgar restaurant and ordered the four-course menu for dinner on Friday, May 1st. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive, and the dishes refined with a lovely presentation. However, we have mixed feelings about our experience. For a restaurant that aims for a bistronomic experience, we have to admit that the experience and quality didn't quite live up to the price. We were also a little disappointed with the desserts. Overall, a mixed review.

The Hotel Edgar is very well located in the city center. We spent one night there on a half-board basis, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. In the restaurant, the service was relaxed yet very professional. As for the food, the cuisine was exceptional, worthy of this "distinguished establishment." We highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a night in a lovely suite at the Hotel Edgar, which is well located in the center of Saint-Brieuc, yet quiet. We appreciated the thoughtful touch for our little Yorkie, a basket and food bowl.

Excellent restaurant. Very pleasant service. A great find. It's a shame it's not possible to leave a tip when paying by credit card.

Reservation at La Table d'Edgar restaurant The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, worthy of a Michelin star. The only downside is that the menu doesn't change very often. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel, clean, pretty, comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing.
