A truly charming place with excellent cuisine! The chef is attentive and very friendly! Having traveled to Indonesia, I can assure you that the food served is very faithful to the recipes, and it's all homemade. I highly recommend it!! 🙏 Thank you!

The dish of the month was exceptional, cooked with flavor and quality ingredients. A very warm welcome, even for a 3 pm lunch… the staff were very friendly and attentive. A wonderful discovery. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful discovery! Excellent, fragrant dishes cooked to order, a welcoming owner happy to explain the recipes, and the woman in the kitchen is smiling and warm. I had chicken stir-fried noodles and a carrot cake and Dubai-style cake to share for dessert—exceptional! Thank you.

La Table d'Edgar

01/05/2026: We went to Edgar restaurant and ordered the four-course menu for dinner on Friday, May 1st. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive, and the dishes refined with a lovely presentation. However, we have mixed feelings about our experience. For a restaurant that aims for a bistronomic experience, we have to admit that the experience and quality didn't quite live up to the price. We were also a little disappointed with the desserts. Overall, a mixed review.
27/04/2026: The Hotel Edgar is very well located in the city center. We spent one night there on a half-board basis, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. In the restaurant, the service was relaxed yet very professional. As for the food, the cuisine was exceptional, worthy of this "distinguished establishment." We highly recommend this hotel.
