In the heart of the village...a former cloister...as soon as you step through the door...the charm takes hold... So many surprises await at this beautiful table...The service is impeccable...this restaurant is a true gem! A wonderful discovery! On a day when the wind completely prevented us from having lunch outside, we stepped inside this restaurant. The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, with piano music playing softly in the background. The service is attentive and discreet. From the bluefin tuna tartare with its delicately grilled tentacles to the selection of fine cheeses and the citrus lemon tart—everything is delicious! A truly delightful experience.

We were seated on the patio. The temperature was perfect, with just the right amount of breeze. We opted for the €95 tasting menu, and frankly, it was worth every penny. The cuisine was exquisite, creative, and delicious. The wine pairing showcased regional wines, which were served generously. We knew this restaurant eight years ago. It's a completely different experience. Everything has changed for the better. The best restaurant in the area, as far as we know.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Impeccable service. Refined and balanced cuisine, combining boldness and precision. By far the best Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been to. I enjoyed the flavors far more than I did at a two-star restaurant in Toulouse. Bravo to you and your team. And thank you again for these moments of culinary delight.

Sublime cuisine! We opted for the Poême de Baugé menu with wine pairing, and every dish was truly exceptional, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert. The setting was pleasant, the service friendly, but above all, the food was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you so much for this moment of pure pleasure.

31/07/2026: Let’s start with the positive point: the gastronomy. The food was excellent, we had very tasty sardines with chips cooked in duck oil, the “meal of the day”: roasted courgettes, rice with safran, yummy bacon and perfectly cooked egg, a platter with charcuterie, local cheese. All was tasteful, with local products, original, warm with tapas’ style. However, the service was not great: the owner took a while to come and take our orders and when we asked a question about the menu, we were given a sarcastic reply with a short “funny” answer (“Well, you required me to come to order and you’re still indecisive on your orders so you are not ready yet” before leaving our table while we were ready to order). We had the feeling that we were always bothering him. Not a pleasant experience in terms of customer service, really. Despite the very good cuisine, we will not come back because of the owner’s cocky and arrogant attitude.
29/07/2026: Mr. Norbert wrote that tourists are treated rudely. I can't confirm that. I was always treated very well, and the food was consistently excellent. We'll be back in three weeks and are already looking forward to this beautiful place.
