A very pleasant surprise on the culinary front. Beautiful and excellent dishes. We opted for the "discovery" menu, and from appetizer to dessert, it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service could have been better, on par with the excellence of the cuisine; it was a bit too casual for my taste, lacking in precision. But in any case, a fine dining experience at this price (€45 per menu) in such a superb setting is unbeatable. Bravo.

Absolutely amazing! Excellent food, very friendly staff. We had a very helpful and, above all, very smiley waitress 😄👍 We also attended the Gypsy evening with a fantastic dancer 😄 accompanied by a very talented band with a singer who has an incredible and powerful voice. If you come to the Camargue, this is the place to be, an absolute must-do 🐎😉😄❤️. PS: It was very crowded, so it's best to book in advance to be sure of getting a table 😁

We received a warm welcome, and the staff were attentive to our comfort throughout the meal. Everything was perfect, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, including the wines. Congratulations to the Chef and his team! Thank you so much!

24/08/2026: We've been coming to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for 20 years now, and each time we visit, it's a real pleasure to eat here! ❤️ The welcome is always warm, friendly, and attentive. A special mention goes to Farid, Nadia, and Haissan for their kindness, professionalism, and good humor, which make every visit even more enjoyable. We've never been disappointed: the dishes are always excellent and typical of the Camargue region. 😋 This has become a must-visit for us, and we recommend it without hesitation!
