A magnificent restaurant in the heart of Aurillac. The menu was a delight to browse, the ingredients carefully selected, and Florian was friendly and knowledgeable about his menu. The dishes were incredible, and the prices more than reasonable. We have absolutely no complaints except to say thank you and that we will definitely be back.

Nothing to complain about. Everything to say: it's beautiful, it's delicious, and the combination of flavors is remarkable. Impeccable service, and the aromas wafting from the open kitchen only whet our appetites even more... if you come once, you'll definitely be back!

A wonderful discovery in Aurillac! We ate at La Table des Matières at the end of December and had a fantastic time. The welcome was incredibly warm, and we immediately felt at ease. The cuisine was of high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented, using excellent ingredients. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and encourage them to keep up the good work. Well done to the whole team!
