Another visit to the restaurant; the quality is still excellent, and the servers are very pleasant. Having been several times since I'm from Aurillac, I do have a friendly suggestion: I find there isn't much variety in the dishes, and the choice is very limited. I imagine it's more practical; it avoids waste. We're in Aurillac, so the clientele is unpredictable, but still, I've been in summer, winter, autumn, and spring, and while it's very good, the beef truffade is always on the menu. So yes, okay, but the selection is a bit limited—only two options. So, once again, it's a friendly suggestion, but it makes you less inclined to come back to eat the same thing.

Excellent, refined, and delicate cuisine featuring fresh, flavorful local produce. A friendly and inventive chef who draws on his experiences in Japan and elsewhere to create subtle flavors. The decor is a bit dated, but the food is superb! Book now!

One of the best restaurants in Aurillac

Excellent family lunch: the appetizers, the flavorful and perfectly cooked Salers beef, the cheese platter, and the dessert—everything was delicious and of high quality. The service was very friendly. The chef, Didier Guibert, even came to greet us at the end of the meal to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time!

A reliable choice in Aurillac: the setting lacks a bit of warmth and the portions tend to be smaller than they used to be, but it's still well-prepared and very tasty. Unusually for Aurillac, there's a chef in the kitchen.
