Excellent evening at La Table des Matières! A 100% success in both cuisine and service! Unique and flavorful dishes, combining successful blends of flavors from diverse origins with beautiful presentation. A small, intimate, and welcoming downstairs dining room. Service that was professional, attentive, and extremely friendly. I recommend it 200% in Aurillac! Kudos to the couple who run this restaurant together!

A magnificent restaurant in the heart of Aurillac. The menu was a delight to browse, the ingredients carefully selected, and Florian was friendly and knowledgeable about his menu. The dishes were incredible, and the prices more than reasonable. We have absolutely no complaints except to say thank you and that we will definitely be back.

Nothing to complain about. Everything to say: it's beautiful, it's delicious, and the combination of flavors is remarkable. Impeccable service, and the aromas wafting from the open kitchen only whet our appetites even more... if you come once, you'll definitely be back!

25/04/2026: Excellent family lunch: the appetizers, the flavorful and perfectly cooked Salers beef, the cheese platter, and the dessert—everything was delicious and of high quality. The service was very friendly. The chef, Didier Guibert, even came to greet us at the end of the meal to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time!
13/04/2026: A reliable choice in Aurillac: the setting lacks a bit of warmth and the portions tend to be smaller than they used to be, but it's still well-prepared and very tasty. Unusually for Aurillac, there's a chef in the kitchen.

09/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant! We had an excellent truffade with homemade country ham! During this heatwave, we really appreciated the air conditioning. The service was impeccable and friendly. We'll definitely be back!
