LA TABLE DES MATIERES sur Aurillac

A small, very cozy restaurant with very attentive staff. The food was exceptional and incredibly flavorful. We weren't able to try the tasting menu, but we will next time.

A great experience off the beaten path, a real change from your usual restaurant. The welcome is top-notch; you can really tell they're passionate about their restaurant. The products are amazing—nothing frozen, long live farm-fresh produce! 🐷 And local products too! Honestly, it's worth the detour; it's really worth it.

Always excellent. Always surprising. Always fresh.

The concept of La Table des Matières is as original as it is successful, with its menu poetically presented in "chapters." The welcome is particularly friendly, warm, and infused with a delightful touch of humor from the moment you arrive. The wait may be slightly longer than elsewhere, but it is entirely justified: each dish is prepared fresh to order with exceptionally fresh ingredients. Special mention goes to the squid with fennel and herbs, which was absolutely exquisite! You can taste the care and refinement put into every step. A remarkable restaurant that we highly recommend.

Excellent evening at La Table des Matières! A 100% success in both cuisine and service! Unique and flavorful dishes, combining successful blends of flavors from diverse origins with beautiful presentation. A small, intimate, and welcoming downstairs dining room. Service that was professional, attentive, and extremely friendly. I recommend it 200% in Aurillac! Kudos to the couple who run this restaurant together!

Delicious dishes, a culinary journey into the unknown. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
