We opted for the tasting menu and it was a delight from beginning to end.

In a pleasant suburb of Toulouse, a good restaurant serving upscale traditional cuisine. Attractive, chic, and bright decor. The amuse-bouche was a foie gras royale with porcini mushroom mousse. For starters: zucchini blossoms with ricotta and a beautiful foie gras pâté en croûte. For the main courses: a fisherman's platter with three types of fish and sweetbreads with black garlic mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the sweetbreads were undercooked, a point made to the waitress after the first bite, which didn't lead to any offer to correct the cooking, just a disappointing "I'll pass the message on to the chef." For dessert: poached peach with lemon sorbet and a vanilla mille-feuille. The cuisine is of good quality, but I would say it falls short compared to other Toulouse restaurants in the same price range. Therefore, the value for money is somewhat poor. The service was friendly and pleasant.

The food was exceptional. The welcome was truly outstanding – young, dynamic, and very friendly. We had a wonderful time.
