Incredible. A small restaurant I stumbled upon on Google Maps, almost hidden away (hard to find). But the setting, right on the canal, is superb and the food fabulous. Balanced, delicious, flavorful, modern yet made with simple, seasonal ingredients! A wonderful discovery!

A wonderful discovery on the banks of the Canal du Midi, right next to the Castanet lock.
A magical place, a friendly and attentive team, and above all, delicious food.
We had a fantastic time to end our long weekend in Toulouse. We highly recommend this place!

It was an extraordinary experience; we ordered wines with pairings, and it was flawless.
The welcome was exceptional, with lively discussions between the kitchen, the server, and us to learn more about the dishes and pairings. We felt a passion not only in the food but also in the wine recommendations.

I've had lunch at this restaurant several times. The setting is beautiful, especially outside by the canal. They have a small menu with good quality ingredients. It's really very good and affordable for lunch. The service is quick, friendly, and accommodating. They truly care about the quality of the customer experience.
