A truly unique and immersive experience, with this original concept of dining in station cabins 🏔️✨
The setting clearly makes all the difference and makes the moment memorable. As for the food, we ordered a fondue, which was unfortunately a bit disappointing: too stiff and not very flavorful…
On the other hand, the service was excellent, especially the trainee waitress who was fantastic throughout the meal (even if we couldn't remember his unusual name 😄).
An experience worth having for the location, though there's room for improvement in the food.

We had a wonderful time with very friendly, welcoming, and warm staff, without being intrusive. In particular, a young sommelier who told us about her profession was very pleasant and informative. We had a slight preference for certain dishes, such as the small dill foam to accompany blinis or salmon, the sea bass with its sauce, the baby new potatoes, the grilled bacon, the floating islands, and, of course, the lemon tart—absolutely divine—and the homemade marshmallow. The small glass of génépi offered by the house at the end was a very nice touch (a tradition that's becoming rare). We will definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic! I was initially somewhat ambivalent about the starter and main course, but the dessert was a revelation: a truly decadent, generous, and creamy floating island, the best I'd had in ages. A huge thank you to the young sommelier who was so friendly and approachable, and offered excellent wine pairing advice. The service was impeccable and always with a smile. A thousand thanks for this wonderful experience!

A wonderful time at the Hermitage restaurant with my daughters. Attentive and professional service: the waiters thoughtfully noticed and added a small touch to our dessert, which was much appreciated. The sommelier's wine selection was excellent. The setting was elegant and pleasant.

We came as a couple and had a wonderful time.
The autumnal dishes were perfectly suited to the season, and the cocktails and wines were perfect.
