La table du Baron sur Neuvecelle

I celebrated my birthday at La Table recently and we had a splendid evening. All the staff were super friendly but James took care of us and was the most kind and attentive waiter, really going out of his way for us to have all our needs met. We had the lobster party menu which was very good. Overall a very nice restaurant.

A truly perfect meal! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and attentive welcome, and the service remained impeccable from beginning to end. The cuisine was excellent, each dish carefully prepared and delicious. All of this was enhanced by an absolutely stunning view. A huge thank you for the thoughtful touch: we were able to blow out our candles to celebrate our wedding anniversary, a moment that will forever be etched in our memories. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

What a pleasure to enjoy this lovely brunch, perfectly complementing the natural setting. We also had the opportunity to try the Italian brunch. The team truly enhances the experience with their warm welcome, professionalism, and thoughtful touches. A place to recommend without hesitation!

Despite booking for a group of 10 people including a two-year-old, the table initially offered was made up of three round tables placed side-by-side (which is very uncomfortable and not very convivial), in full sun, with only one parasol, even though there were several square tables available on the terrace in the shade of the large awning. Even with more parasols brought to us at our request, the table remained very uncomfortable, and we finally agreed to sit inside. Then, during the brunch, which was very good, someone, without even checking, told us they were out of bread (which was, of course, untrue, as we got some from someone else). When it came time to pay the bill for my family, I discovered, despite it not being mentioned, that the 15% discount on my spa card and my daughter-in-law's card didn't apply. That's a lot of inconvenience for a bill close to €800, in an establishment of this supposed quality. This is the second time in two months that I've had a mixed experience at the Hermitage, after other very satisfactory visits. A shame.

Excellent, refined cuisine. Very pretty decor. Special mention for the service, particularly Emilie, who was very much appreciated. We highly recommend it.

A truly unique and immersive experience, with this original concept of dining in station cabins 🏔️✨ The setting clearly makes all the difference and makes the moment memorable. As for the food, we ordered a fondue, which was unfortunately a bit disappointing: too stiff and not very flavorful… On the other hand, the service was excellent, especially the trainee waitress who was fantastic throughout the meal (even if we couldn't remember his unusual name 😄). An experience worth having for the location, though there's room for improvement in the food.
