If you want to combine remote rustic charm with fantastic food (the best culinary experience ever!) and a fascinating lifetime insight into one of France’s (although he’s Dutch) very celebrated chefs then this is the place. Hans received instantaneous applause for a served dish that was both extraordinary and singularly unique. The hospitality offered by Hans and Tiny is pretty much unbeatable and alongside the special culinary experiences it’s a great location for everything in Luberon. It’s pretty much in the centre of the Luberon Lavender industry with a distillery down the lane where you can walk the fields or view the preparations in season. We could only stay 2 nights and had to leave to catch a flight but this is definitely a place with people that you will wish to return too. Thanks so much Hans and Tiny for the very special time – we will remember it with extreme fondness. X
