The restaurant underwent a change in management during the winter of 2026.
Unfortunately, it shows, even though the new owner is trying to maintain the spirit of his predecessor. The complimentary dry sausage platter before the meal is no longer offered. Dishes are served very, too quickly.
The meat is of good quality, though not as good as before when the beef was like butter. The prices are higher.
This was our second visit since the change.
We will return to try the Sunday chicken, a new addition to the menu, meant to be shared by four people.

It was very good and the servers were lovely. It's worth noting that the breaded chicken on the children's menu is truly homemade.

We came for a meal as a group of three on the evening of the French national team's match, without a reservation. We were given a very warm welcome. We were on holiday in the area and hadn't been to this restaurant before. We received a fantastic welcome; the staff were very friendly and smiling. We had a delicious meal. Our son loved his children's menu. A great find! ☺️

A fantastic restaurant just steps from the beach! We loved the mussels with Roquefort cheese and the duck confit! Everything was perfect 🤩

We're from Lot-et-Garonne and come to Arcachon almost every year for our holidays. We love good food, generous portions, and a warm welcome.
We've been coming to La Table du Boucher for years, and recently we noticed the owner had changed. Well, we're delighted to see that nothing has changed!

I had a perfectly seasoned steak tartare and the chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious (just like my grandmother's)! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

This wasn't a successful attempt for me. The tataki was mediocre. And as for the main course, it takes a lot for me not to finish it! The tartare was truly bland, tasteless… The waitress certainly didn't seem to mind when I asked for the bill…
