Very nice discovery, great creativity, impeccable service. Really the kind of place that has character. Difficult to recommend a particular dish, the menu changes often. What I remember is the touch of a cook who wants to please his customers, who has talent for combining tastes, colors and textures. A real plus in the catering offer in Colmar. Intimate and charming atmosphere.

Connaissant la réputation du chef, nous avons enfin décidé de tester son restaurant. Une découverte incroyable avec des saveurs inconnues et étonnantes et un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un super moment et nous y retournerons très vite. Merci Xavier !

A cozy atmosphere but without being stuffy, helped by a quality 70's soundtrack. The welcome and service were perfect for our evening. The quality of the dishes served was worthy of a Michelin star. Example with a dessert based on asparagus or even the duo of strawberry and beetroot. There is no doubt that the restaurant's young chef will quickly make a name for himself.

Dish of the day, starter based on rutabaga in several aspects (cook's work but not good for my taste), on the other hand the trout was very excellent.

We discovered this restaurant where we had dinner with friends. Our server was efficient and very pleasant. The food was excellent value for money. We had a great time. I highly recommend.
