La Table du Connétable sur Chantilly

Simply superb! From the welcome, to the different dishes, all excellent, including the huge cheese platter, the quality of the service, the view of the kitchens... and I forget some! What magnificent work and team cohesion! I didn't just have a meal, I had a dance! The waiters, the sommelier, the cooks, the chef... the special attention given to the event for which we were there, it's all there! A big thank you and in particular to Grace and Monsieur le Sommelier! I invite you to go there! The eyes are not closed but wide open! We'll have our taste buds full, our eyes full and our hearts full! They pay as much attention, if not more, to the "small restaurants" who make this outing only once in their life, as to the "large restaurants" who can afford this type of restaurant every evening. Thanks again ! As Grace said when she took us home, it's a magnificent job that they do and they do it very well!

I really liked this restaurant! Menu at the very reasonable price of €24.90, starter, main course, dessert. The dishes are very generous and tasty. The service is very efficient but even too much so! We didn't have time to taste our aperitif as the starter was already arriving and we didn't have time to breathe so we had to follow it with the main course. Otherwise it was perfect, no wonder it was full even on a Sunday evening in the middle of winter

New Year's Eve meal, a lot of good will but it will still take a lot of work to one day reach a star. The Chef wanted the layout of the room to face his "culinary theater", the actors seem very shy and really not at ease. Decent meal, nothing really more, disappointing desserts.
