A hearty and excellent lunch on January 25th after the Vlfr conscripts' festival (this is a little hint for the sommelier...). The foie gras was divine. The raisin bread was equally delicious. The sommelier was very friendly. Moreover, this restaurant is located in the superb village of Oingt, where there's a breathtaking view of the vineyards...when there's no fog like today. We will gladly return.

We had a table reserved for four and were quickly made comfortable as we were very well looked after. We chose our aperitif, menus, and bottle of wine. The servers were smiling, and you could tell they wanted the customers to have a good time. Thank you for the wine selection; it was exactly what I requested. There was just one small hitch: a mistake on one plate. The dish that arrived wasn't the right one. Of course, they made us the correct dish, but we ended up eating at different times (even though everyone enjoyed it, it's a little less pleasant than having everyone's plates at the same time). So we didn't dare mention that one of the desserts wasn't the one we ordered. In any case, everything was delicious, and it was my dining companion's second choice. Thank you for this lovely and delightful experience. Rest assured, we will be back.

With friends, we spent New Year's Eve in this very pleasant place. The meal was excellent, a menu with many dishes prepared with passion by chefs Cedric, Mathieu, and Jean-Marc. A very enjoyable and convivial time. We'd definitely go back, even if it's not for New Year's Eve.

We discovered La Table du Donjon and were captivated. A truly delicious New Year's Eve dinner. Flavorful dishes, beautifully presented. A very warm welcome and impeccable, friendly service. A lovely place with cuisine made from quality ingredients, but it could benefit from a more inventive and refined visual presentation. The service is good. One drawback is the price of the menu, which is a bit high considering what's included.

Authentic French gastronomic cuisine with a variety of sauces. Unusual dishes, like poached oysters with mushroom soup. There were 10 dishes for New Year's, and I barely made it through.

A very nice establishment, attentive and helpful staff, excellent and generous portions. The best part: the view during the day adds extra charm to the place, and you can also watch the chefs at work through a window.

We booked the restaurant for Christmas, and the service was exceptional and the menu exquisite. They even adapted the menu for the youngest member of the family. Thank you again!

25/09/2024: A real favorite, as much for the restaurant as for the owner and her employees. The dishes are excellent, served quickly, plentifully and hot! a real treat! The boss is a dynamic, pleasant, smiling person who listens to her customers. I recommend ++++++ and congratulations for your professionalism and good humor.
08/09/2024: Came today for the organ festival big crowds and organizational problem it can happen it's not serious the waiters were a little overwhelmed despite everything the service was very pleasant courteous and polite despite the remonstrances of some unpleasant customers ...We waited a bit, it didn't matter. Festival weekend there was a starter or single dish but no more starter it doesn't matter we take the single dish Lyonnais sausage with new potatoes. We arrive at our disappointment honestly the dish was excellent but the quantity was very very limited especially for a dish at 20€ a barely 1/3 of sausage and 100g of potato to break everything it's a real shame because it was good but too little especially for a traditional dish from our region which is meant to be simple BUT hearty... And my wife, who takes a ridiculously small scoop of ice cream for dessert, really pay attention to the quantities, it's a shame because otherwise our server was very nice and the food was good, I think we came on the wrong day...
