La Table du Gayot sur Strasbourg

I didn't think to take photos to show you how magical AND hearty the dishes were. Beef fillet with pepper and duck breast and incredible seasonal fruits. We had seen the kitchen which is VERY clean and that is worth everything in the world. Lovely, funny and very helpful staff. Go there with your eyes closed!!! And again THANK YOU from Lyon

A coincidence landed us on the ceiling of La Table du Gayot for the first time three or four years ago and we were thrilled... Well, a coincidence took us back to Strasbourg yesterday and we really wanted to have dinner here again... well, what can we say... What the crew of La Table du Gayot is doing here in the galley is fantastically incredible. From starter to dessert, simply delicious. Another restaurant that proves that. There is no need for a 5***** ShiShi. Simple dishes but fantastically interpreted and very well cooked. The whole thing paired with a simple but cozy ambience rounded off with friendly, humorous service. Esteemed crew of La Table du Gayot. “THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BE A GUEST AGAIN!!!” We would love to come back.

The food is absolutely magnificent as the chef for hosting us.

This is a tiny gem of a restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed a spectacular dinner there, and we are already trying to find a time to return. We had foie gras, a filet, perch, crème brûlée, and the pear with semolina (as well as wine, beer, and grappa). Every bite and sip was delightful. The restaurant seemed to be a two-person operation: the host/waiter/bartender and the chef. We were able to interact with both (our French is not good, so they kindly spoke to us in English),and they were charming and gracious to their guests. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation NOW!

Amazing place, amazing food and also nice local people ✨ We wanted to try the local dishes in Straßburg and found this restaurant. Appetizer, Main dishes and services, everything was so tasty and nice. I would definitely come again :) 현지 식당으로 추천하는 곳, 독일 친구들의 추천받아 다녀왔는데, 크지 않은 레스토랑이지만 정말 우와으와 하면서 먹었던 곳. 독일인 남자친수도 정말 맛있게 먹었음.

Wonderful setting to eat outside in summer and inside in winter. Our 2nd visit and it was as good as the 1st. Food and service bith excellent and some nice wine choices.
