The common areas are truly impressive: elegant, impeccably maintained, and very pleasant. You can really feel the care that has gone into the shared spaces. The staff is also very kind and attentive, with a special mention for Samuel at reception. His kindness, smile, and dedication to service truly made our stay memorable. When we went to collect bathrobes, he immediately sensed that something was wrong and spontaneously offered to move us to another room, without us even having to ask. A rare and very professional gesture. The new room had clearly been prepared in advance, and the scent was indeed very pleasant upon our arrival. Unfortunately, after returning from the restaurant, an unpleasant odor was again present in the room. Furthermore, the bathroom was rather dated. This is all the more disappointing because, given the expected standard of a Mercure hotel and the price charged, we hoped for a more consistent level of quality between the common areas and the guest rooms. Perhaps some rooms are currently being renovated—we saw some work being done at the back of the parking lot—but if so, it would be helpful if this had been mentioned when booking. Despite this, we had a great time: the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and all the staff were pleasant and attentive throughout our stay.

A very pleasant hotel. All the common areas and rooms were clean. The indoor pool and spa area are a real plus. The breakfast was varied with good quality products. We stayed in a suite for four people, which was spacious with two well-separated areas. It had a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We will gladly return on our next visit to Cabourg or the surrounding area! Thank you for the kind gesture upon our departure :)

Exceptional hotel, well located. The rooms are lovely. Furthermore, there's access to the pool and spa, including a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, for all hotel guests! Towels and bathrobes are provided. Honestly, nothing to complain about. We'll be back.

Great hotel! The staff is welcoming, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is varied and, most importantly, features local products! The only downside is the rather long wait for the jacuzzi, but the pool and spa area is still quite large, so there's plenty to enjoy.

It's always a great pleasure to recharge at this hotel, which I frequent regularly. Very well located, now equipped with a hot tub. Excellent. A very warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. 🎼🎶🎵🥁
