We've been frequenting this restaurant for many years and always enjoy being surprised by their delicious creations. We've never been disappointed! The only downside is the acoustics, but that's due to the tasteful interior design. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

A lovely culinary experience with excellent wine recommendations. Friendly staff, but the service was a little rushed, making it difficult to fully enjoy the relaxing moment. I will return.

Why Not

05/04/2026: It was a good experience to eat at why not. The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. The service was a bit stiff and the room a bit cold. There are different chairs in the restaurant, and some of the chairs are not suitable for sitting on for a few hours. The price includes a good bottle of champagne, which is part of eating at a restaurant in Épernay.
25/03/2026: Passing through the area, we stumbled upon Why Not by chance. And what a happy coincidence! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is quick and efficient. We opted for the rack of lamb and the steak tartare. The latter was seasoned right in front of us, and it was absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best I've ever had. Thank you again.
