High class gourmet “tartes” (quiches savory and/or pies sweet) made with fresh ingredients amd generously decorated with toppings. The best I ever ate. The white aproned owner served each client by his own hand decorated each tarte himself. Expensive but well worth it. Take away only!

This place isn't a restaurant, but it offers beautiful whole tarts to take away and enjoy at home. We bought the savory tart "L'Estivale": pretty and truly delicious. We'll definitely be back! For dessert, we chose an apricot tart. I really enjoyed it, but the rest of the family thought it needed more sweetness. So, I'll get something more universally appealing next time.

We wanted to try out some tarte and went to La Tartentière. The experience exceeded every expectation we had. Not only the tarte was DELICIOUS - we took the one with courgette, smoked salmon and parmesan crumble, but also the service was incredibly kind. We came by bikes and didn't know what would be the best way to transport the tarte back without destroying the overall shape. The cook came to us and started arranging the basket for us so we could put the tarte in and transport it. We forgot to ask for the name of this kind man but he mentioned he was a former scout and hence the resourcefulness. In terms of taste, the best tarte we had really, everything went together so well, you could tell it's natural and fresh ingredients. Whenever we come back to the region, this place is our top #1 to visit again. Thank you so much ❤️

Delicious tarts. However, the large tarts are only available by order more than 24 hours in advance… 🤔😢 If we can make a small one, I think we can make a large one, come on, a little effort!!

Amazing, healthy and tasty pies of all sorts at a reasonable price! Definitely recommend for a lazy day when you don’t want to cook!

08/09/2026: Such unpleasant staff this year. Out of season - early Septembre - they should be grateful for customers but incredibly dismissive and arrogant when simply asked if they had a table! We’ve had some good meals here before but the arrogance of the staff means we’ll never visit again.
08/09/2026: An absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish!!! I am totally gutted that I didn’t take a single photo, the food looked so incredible and tasted even better that reaching for my phone completely slipped my mind. The suckling pig was meltingly tender with the crispest skin, and the bavette was cooked to sheer perfection: rich, juicy, and packed with flavour - out of this world! The atmosphere was welcoming, effortlessly comfortable, but what really tied the whole evening together was the service. A huge shoutout to Frederick, who looked after us brilliantly. Attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome throughout the night. I’m honestly lost for words at just how good everything was, and I speak for the whole group. We’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’ll try to remember the camera before diving in! Merci beaucoup!!!!
