La Taverne des Pecheurs sur La Turballe

The atmosphere, food, and service were excellent. The line-caught hake was cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this tavern where everything is homemade. Thank you to the whole team.

The food was good, the service was pleasant, but our dessert was never brought. What a shame!

Good value for money / good, well-cooked food, nice setting. Three servers for 25 covers, but the service was very slow, almost 2 hours and 20 minutes for starters, main courses, and desserts, and even worse for tables next to us (no explanation given, either to the server or the cashier). A shame.

The Marine Worlds Carousel is worth doing once. Expensive for half an hour: 12 euros. If you want to see the machines, the elephant, and the carousel, it's about 40 euros per person. For two or three people, it's not cheap.

Great food, really tasty. Very nice environment and service. Wine however good but expensive. All in all definitely a place to visit again!

We went there for my birthday and to celebrate after my husband's race. We arrived earlier than expected and were warmly welcomed. The children's menu was €12 for a main course and a scoop of ice cream. It was a nice piece of fresh fish, but there were only four fries on the plate. We asked for them to be served with our main courses (not our starters) so they could try our starters and not find the end of the meal too long (the waitress asked us when we wanted them), but in the end, the children were served with our starters… We asked again if it was possible to have a few more fries, and we were charged for an extra plate. Regarding the ice cream, they should have a small menu with the flavors, as the waitress told us about one they didn't have. The set menu was €25. The roasted cheese appetizer was a little small, the melon tasteless because it was out of season (but we'll blame it on our family member for ordering it, so let's move on), the shrimp and avocado tartare was good. The main course and dessert were very good. Overall, the service/meal left us with mixed feelings. We went once, but we definitely don't plan to go back.

Excellent meal for €25 – quantity, quality, presentation: nothing to complain about! The raised, shaded terrace is a real plus when it's hot. Our waitress was charming and efficient. Keep up the good work and we'll be back! 👍

Peace and quiet reign on this shaded terrace. The dishes are beautifully presented and well-prepared. In short, a lovely lunch served by very cheerful staff. I'll definitely be back!

Despite the crowds, they found us a table. The menu was good. The fish was a little underseasoned; it would have been fine with some salt. However, the wait was long. A shame.

Positive point: Lunch on May 16, 2026: nothing to say, it was good and very generous portions, quick and efficient service. Excellent value for money. Top-notch staff, very friendly and attentive to customers. Well done! Negative point: From the outside, you have to guess it's a crêperie, not typically Breton. You think, "Okay, let's see the inside," but it's the same: the outside, well, you can't change it... The inside needs improvement; it's noisy and a bit cold. Add tablecloths, parquet floors, wood, stone... some decorations... It needs to recreate a Breton atmosphere! There's potential...
