New menus, with new choices and new prices... It's a shame the cheek and kidneys are no longer on the menu... and unless I'm mistaken, there's no pear or mirabelle plum in the after-dinner drinks.
I would have preferred the old menu, but I'll come back to give a second opinion, as there were a few hiccups.

A fantastic discovery! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the service, and of course, the food.
I especially loved the scallop tartare—simply exceptional! A true explosion of flavors, fresh and perfectly prepared.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant; we will definitely be back! ✨
