La Terra Madre sur Paris

03/09/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at da Franco and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding — the owner and the waitress were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, providing thoughtful recommendations and promptly attending to all our needs. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. It's rare to find such a combination of great food and impeccable service, and truly delivered on both fronts. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

03/09/2024: We selected this restaurant after seeing all the glowing reviews, we must have come upon the wrong day because unfortunately the experience was not as good. Taking orders fairly quickly, nice terrace on a quiet street, everything seemed to start well. We, like most of the customers present the same evening, waited almost an hour for the dishes. At no time were we warned that it might take a long time, after we asked the waitress she came and told us "it won't be long" every 10 minutes (we had ordered pasta dishes). The dishes eventually arrived, when you wait more than an hour if it's really delicious you can say to yourself that all the waiting was finally worth it, unfortunately it was just pasta, nothing more, nothing less. There were errors in the order but after all this waiting we were not going to return the dishes. The servers seemed a little lost, I don't know if they have staffing issues, this could have been pointed out at the start of the meal. Too bad. I've already eaten better pasta in the neighborhood without so much waiting.
