We were delighted to eat at this excellent restaurant; everything is homemade and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The service is very pleasant thanks to the kindness and smiles of the owners. A truly wonderful place with a fantastic menu. Reservations recommended.

Lunch menu: Starter: "Egg cocotte and leeks," all in a ramekin for crème brûlée, baked in the oven. Result: a fried egg on top of leeks without any cream! Main course: "Trout blanquette." Served on a flat plate, with two grilled trout fillets on the left and vegetables in a saffron cream sauce on the right!? Chaotic service! All around us. A customer is waiting for his starter, while his wife is waiting for her pizza. A couple who were asked if they had chosen their meal, but hadn't received the menus. The staff is running around everywhere, but they don't seem to notice the customers trying to catch their eye, hoping for a second bowl of cider they ordered but haven't received. And finally, they should put pads under the chair legs, which cause a lot of grating every time someone gets up or a child is playing around on their chair... What a shame!

The owners are very accommodating, the atmosphere is friendly, and the food is very good (special mention for the mashed potatoes). I recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant facade, warm atmosphere. We had a good meal at a good price. The ham cooked in Madeira sauce was well prepared!

We came to visit during the Christmas holidays because we love this village and by chance we stopped at this charming restaurant (without a reservation and on a Sunday) and we were not disappointed, both by the welcome, the kindness and the quality of the food, in short we will come back.

Friendly welcome. Decent food. However, the Périgord salad at €22.80 is really meager! The slice of foie gras is very thin, and even the salad (€0.99 each at the market) is insufficient! Quite a markup!
