Update 2026: Overall, a good restaurant. However, I was quite surprised that the bottles, both wine and water, weren't opened at the table in front of the customers. It's a detail that might seem insignificant, but unfortunately, it leaves room for doubt about their contents. A shame, as it undermines trust and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. 2015: An excellent restaurant, but a bit pricey. It's a pity that, for a bill of over €300 for four people, a spilled coffee wasn't kindly replaced. This incident, after five visits to this establishment, doesn't encourage me to return.

An extraordinary restaurant in this charming, typical wine-growing village. Nestled in the heart of the shaded village square, you'll soak up the atmosphere of southern Hérault. The menu features top-quality meats from around the world, generous salads, and changes with the seasons. The wine list, showcasing AOC wines from Montpeyroux and the surrounding area, is incredible. The sommelier-owner's recommendations demonstrate his passion for wine and his expertise. The staff is professional and attentive, with a kitchen team that masters both the art of cooking meats and the art of plating. In short, a place to treat yourself, just a stone's throw from the Pont du Diable (Devil's Bridge). A restaurant you absolutely must discover.

A truly wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy traditional dishes and excellent cuts of aged meat. I highly recommend dining on the terrace under the plane trees and letting them guide you in your wine selection (they also have a wine bar)! A real discovery – we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 🤩

Quite by chance, on August 6th, in the sweltering heat, while searching for a small restaurant, we discovered this charming village with its square shaded by large plane trees, and there it was, a little restaurant with tables set up in the shade. The menu was enticing; that day, the dish was chicken supreme with a supreme sauce and homemade mashed potatoes, followed by a cream puff with pastry cream and sorbet—a real treat! €25 for two courses, €34 for four courses (with regional cheese). The staff were welcoming and efficient, right in the heart of the garrigue, and yet at 1 p.m., not a single table was occupied—a sure sign! A Master Restaurateur... We'll be keeping this address safe.

We had a lovely time on the terrace of this restaurant. The service was pleasant, attentive, and professional. The dishes were beautifully presented, refined, and clearly demonstrated the skill of the chefs. The sauces and seasonings were particularly well-executed and added a great deal of finesse to the dishes. The only point that left us somewhat hesitant concerned the portion sizes. Despite the undeniable quality of the food, the portions seemed far too small considering the price, which left us feeling unsatisfied. We then grabbed some bread, but it wasn't fresh. Toasted bread, which at least had the merit of filling our stomachs. A fine restaurant that would benefit from increasing the portion sizes, given the prices charged.

A gem!!! Note that in the summer, contrary to what Google says, the restaurant is only closed on Wednesdays. Enjoy it: the location, the food, and the atmosphere are absolutely top-notch.

A wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Everything was fabulous: the terrace under the trees around the fountain, the exquisite and refined cuisine—you can tell the chef puts his heart into it, especially in the choice of ingredients (excellent beef and unforgettable tuna sashimi). Finally, the service was very attentive. Thank you for this delightful evening.

The meat was far too expensive; it's a shame to fry Angus beef 😢. The tuna sashimi sauce was very delicate and refined. Overall, the price was excessive considering the length and quality of the service. A disappointing experience. €90 for a single starter, main course, dessert, coffee, and sparkling water is very expensive: this is not a fine dining establishment...

The lunch menu was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.
