In short: don't hesitate and GO FOR IT! 🤩 For more details: We stumbled upon this restaurant while searching online at the last minute and left delighted! The servers made us feel right at home; they put us at ease: it's very friendly and welcoming! A short but effective menu! A limited selection of dishes, but all excellent! Set menu (starter + main course + dessert) €35, or you can choose just a starter, main course, or dessert (from the menu)! We had to order the dessert at the same time as the main course (but it's possible to cancel after the main course)! Bonus: you can take the bottle of wine home with you if you haven't finished it! That's becoming rare, and it's a real plus! Another BIG THANK YOU to Nico for the wine. Indeed, I didn't enjoy my wine (even though I would have drunk it so as not to waste it). He brought me another wine of his own accord (which I enjoyed much more) and didn't charge me extra. He was genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, which is very pleasant and rare indeed! Thank you to the chefs for the excellent dishes, the pastry chefs for your wonderful desserts, and the servers for your service, kindness, and attentiveness! An excellent restaurant for those who appreciate good, authentic French cuisine, a brasserie atmosphere, and a friendly welcome. I recommend the short rib: perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The praline flan is to die for!

A wonderful encounter with Manuel and Veronique. Veronique speaks passionately about Sète. Their gîte is magnificent and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is truly unique, served overlooking the sea, which opens onto a magnificent, typically Sète seascape. At the end of the day, enjoy the pleasures of the jacuzzi. For a short or long stay, don't hesitate!

Friendly staff. Starter, main course, dessert + aperitif + coffee + wine: €55. Ambient atmosphere with pétanque. Truly excellent dishes. I recommend it.
