Attentive welcome from the waitress, a really friendly person. She reserves our usual small table for us in the large room, The dishes are always so well cooked, homemade with fresh produce, and the pleasure of finding creative, careful dishes, out of the ordinary with refined & flowery presentation. January 8 after the aperitif: We both chose. As a starter: Fried soft-boiled egg with lentil salad & topless carrots. EN Dishes: Poultry Ballotine with Mushroom juice and Gratin Dauphinois.
