17/03/2024: New visit, and always a nice evening.
Tasting menu, after interesting appetizers, scallops with snail sauce, original and very good, but above all virtuoso cooking.
Pollack and purees of various carrots, and again a breathtaking cooking.
Guinea fowl supreme, vin jaune sauce, good, cheese, in fact cancoillotte, citrus pre-dessert, fresh, light chocolate dessert, excellent, flavors, textures, cuteness...squash...or something like that, meh.
Overall excellent dinner with more than mastered cooking.
Good choice of wines, including half bottles.
The only downside was that the service, although very pleasant and attentive, was a little less efficient than on our previous visits.

06/02/2024: Good restaurant, and nice address, but lack of support when announcing the dishes to know what we are going to discover, no advice from the sommelier, a little lack of warmth unfortunately, despite some very interesting dishes.
