Great experience despite the fire alarm in the middle of the night and the storms

Magnificent apartment, warm and cozy. For environmental reasons, I think the temperature could be lowered a little. Staff always smiling, professional, available and friendly... a real pleasure. For ease, it would be interesting to put labels on the cupboards to indicate the contents.

The site is wonderful, as is the welcome. Everything here evokes calm, rest... happiness! Crazy comfort, attentive staff, a heavenly setting. You have to experience this at least once in your life and we intend not to stop there!

The rooms we stayed does not reflect the rooms shown at internet at all, the service is also non compatible with their pricing as well.. The location is amazing but it has also its challenges with limited access to the village..

Our stay at the ski hotel, perched atop the mountain, was an experience unlike any other, setting it leagues apart from all the others. The exceptional staff and the unparalleled quality of the facilities enveloped us in a sense of serenity, allowing us to indulge in some of the finest skiing the Alps have to offer. It provided the perfect backdrop for cherished family moments with my wife and 13-year-old daughter. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone seeking breathtaking views of the village below, comfort amidst stunning surroundings, and the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access. Being the first to hit the slopes each morning is truly an unforgettable experience. We're eagerly looking forward to our return visit! A special highlight was enjoying hot red wine on the terrace and savoring a hot cheese dish in the afternoon sun, surrounded by more than 3 meters of pristine snow – it felt like paradise. Furthermore, stargazing from the outdoor wooden hot tub at a cozy 40°C is a treasured memory that my family and I will hold dear forever.

A unique place with a beautiful view

But what a stay! The reception by car at the snow front, the room in the heart of the mountain, waking up with the first rays of day, the descents into town via the night cable car, the meals at Gigi's, the swimming pool and the spa, the decor warm and the team constantly at the top around us, don't change anything we'll come back as soon as possible.
