The value for money is remarkable, and the concept of discovering the ingredients of the dishes after tasting them is a real success: surprising and fun at the same time. Special mention goes to the service provided by the chefs, which makes the experience even more authentic.

A truly beautiful establishment with an original concept: a surprise menu, followed by a debriefing with the chefs after each course. The cuisine is modern, highly technical, and meticulously crafted, with a focus on spices and Asian influences. The sommelier provided excellent recommendations, and the service was impeccable. We opted for the nine-course menu and were very glad we did. Highly recommended and well deserving of its Michelin star.

The amuse-bouche was a bit too strong for my taste, but otherwise the appetizers were perfect.
The cuisine was very refined and original.
The espresso, despite being strong, was tasteless and really not up to the standard of the rest of the meal.
It's worth noting that the complimentary coffee offered with the wine pairing on the nine-course menu would have been appreciated.
