Unforgettable experience, very fine, refined cuisine, a journey through the flavors of Brittany revisited by modern and very creative cuisine. The service is on par with the cuisine and the atmosphere is very nice. I can only recommend.

Un souvenir culinaire comme peu de restaurants m’ont offert (même avec beaucoup plus d’étoiles). La cuisine est un équilibre savant de saveurs vrais (peu d’ingrédients, énormément de travail), l’accord vin travaillé et juste, et enfin le service parfait ! A ne pas rater (ne restera pas longtemps dans ce petit écrin 😉).

We found the restaurant by chance (by walking by), found the menu interesting and were there on a Friday night for the 9 course menu. The menu is “blinded” the way that you don’t get told what is on the plate, just advices how to eat it. Afterwards you get enlightened what you got. This was an exceptional experience as it sharpened your curiosity, and of course you want to be good with your guessing. Above all this opened us more to the tastes and textures than with a normal menu. The whole thing, of course, would not have worked out without the perfection of dishes. The concept often was to take two ore more components and to play with the pure thing and combinations of them. We would before not have been able to imagine how well lobster goes with beet root, for example. And, those were the best buckwheat containing dishes we had in the region. The wine accompaniment was just perfect, and the amounts offered sufficient to really be able to fall into it. The staff was very professional and attentive. We had some problem with the reservation first and were treated very respectfully which made the night perfect.
