Beautiful dining room, excellent service. Discreet and minimal wait. The cuisine was worthy of a Michelin star. Exquisite, with perfectly balanced flavors. A very pleasant evening. It's a shame Vannes is so far from us. Highly, highly recommended.

18/07/2026: Last week we discovered La Tête en l’air. It’s a beautiful establishment where the very name of the restaurant evokes a feeling of complete relaxation. It was an excellent culinary discovery. All the senses are awakened. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The pace of the tasting is perfect, and we didn't notice the time passing. Thank you to the chef, the cooks/pastry chefs, the service staff… for this wonderful discovery, for your attentiveness, and for your discretion. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment ;)
