A great place overall and especially to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau. The staff is amazing and very entertaining. It’s like the Cheers of Rennes, everyone is friendly and having a wonderful time.

Back in Rennes for the day, we stopped at La Timonerie for lunch! What a pleasant surprise! Laurence and Typhaine gave us a fantastic welcome, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere! Everyone seemed to know each other and was happy to spend time together over a drink or a meal. We'll definitely be back! 😉🍸

A charming and welcoming place! The owner, who has been here for 16 years, is very friendly and passionate about what she does. Beautiful business, beautiful atmosphere, you can feel the authenticity and care in every detail. I encourage you to come and discover it and support it!

Crêperie La Motte Picquet

11/12/2025: A fantastic place, I highly recommend it! The food is excellent. The galettes and crêpes range from classic to more original creations I've never seen anywhere else. The artisanal cider is also excellent; we were able to try two kinds. I won't say any more and will let you discover it for yourselves—the owner will be delighted to serve it to you. To top it all off, the staff is lovely and very friendly. The interior is warm and authentic. I will definitely be back.
10/12/2025: A very good crêperie opposite the cathedral. The setting is calm and charming. The menu is very varied, with daily specials that are well worth trying. They also offer extremely good dry ciders. A great find.

27/01/2026: Sunday Brunch Quality food, pleasant service But too little choice for the price (€28/person) and the room is too noisy and unsuitable for this type of event; it's too small... you're constantly bumping into people at the bar and chairs are jostled around for those sitting next to the buffet
