Superb experience, very generous but delicious portions. We ordered the Alsatian salad, the vol-au-vent, and the cordon bleu. We were definitely not disappointed; it was one of the best vol-au-vents I've ever had. Excellent service, warm welcome, nothing to complain about :)

Dinner en route to Italy from UK. We all enjoyed it including kids aged 8, 11 and 13. I’m coeliac and they had full allergen information and took care to cook my meal in clean pans. The waitress was delightful! Thoroughly recommend!

Not entirely satisfied tonight. A bit disappointed; the tarte flambée was slightly salty and not crispy, soggy, and the crudités weren't as seasoned as usual and weren't fresh enough.

Restaurant Ce Cher Hans

14/08/2026: On our way back from vacation, staying nearby, we made a wonderful restaurant discovery. From the decor to the welcome and the service, everything was perfect. And what can I say about the menu? You want to order everything! We had to choose: an excellent Flammkuchen and a surprisingly delicious warm pot-au-feu salad. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
12/08/2026: It had been a long time since we'd had a Flam at Hans's. We were very pleasantly surprised. They are absolutely delicious! Best regards
