We had a very good meal at La Tocante; the tarte flambée was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the sweet ones. The two servers were excellent. I highly recommend it.

We returned after about 5 months and were disappointed by: The food: the snails as a starter were practically devoid of butter and parsley and overcooked; the beef fillet was mediocre. The quantity: very little sauce accompanied the beef fillet, and we struggled to find the promised shallots. It's the first time we've ever been hungry after a meal! The waitstaff, however, were very friendly and welcoming. Joel

I'm starting to get to know the restaurant well, having gone several times for the all-you-can-eat tarte flambée. There's no doubt about it, this restaurant is a true reflection of Alsatian culture. Besides making a wide variety of excellent tarte flambée, the atmosphere is always fantastic.

07/06/2026: A very pleasant place. Typical Alsatian decor with delicious regional dishes.
02/06/2026: The meat was excellent. But the breaded Camembert and Munster cheeses were dry. The young waitress was lovely.
