A truly satisfying experience! The exceptional kindness of the servers deserves special mention: they are lovely, attentive, and incredibly caring. Dogs are welcome and even pampered, a real bonus! The service is quick despite the crowds, and the Alsatian cuisine is excellent. It's difficult to recommend a particular dish because I loved them all! I wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for the quality of the food and the exceptional welcome!

A very good, typically Alsatian restaurant. The sauerkraut was delicious and plentiful. Well done!

Absolutely delicious. We tried the traditional meatballs, sauerkraut, and hanger steak with shallots. Very generous portions. Served quickly, efficient, and above all, very friendly. Next time we'll make a reservation to enjoy the dining room's decor.

LOOK NO FURTHER, ONE OF THE BEST ALSACE RESTAURANTS IN THE 67 (Bas-Rhin) NEAR THE CITY CENTER. Authentic Alsatian cuisine, taste, flavor, atmosphere—the tarts are in my top 5 in the Bas-Rhin region. A gem that shouldn't change.

Saturday evening. The tarte flambée is still as delicious as ever. Excellent service too. We were offered half a tarte flambée because the waiter thought we had waited too long. We hadn't been bothered by the wait and hadn't asked for anything.
