Great place, stumbled upon quite by chance while passing by, because the menu was a departure from the usual pizza, pasta, and burger offerings. Imaginative, light, and high-quality cuisine, full of flavor, seasonal, and fresh. Attentive yet relaxed service made us feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!

A truly wonderful discovery in Aix-en-Provence! La Tomate Verte is definitely worth a visit. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and attentive; you immediately feel at ease.
As for the cuisine, the chef offers a seasonal menu that changes with the harvest—you can taste the expertise and dedication to fresh produce in every dish. It's refined, generous, and bursting with flavor.
An excellent experience, highly recommended to all lovers of fine food!

What a wonderful place!! We were greeted quite late with genuine smiles, the dishes were all delicious and original, with refreshing flavors, and the service was truly pleasant and top-notch!

Absolutely delicious food and very friendly service from the owner who genuinely cares about each plate - we were already very full by the time the dessert arrived, but still finished it because the dishes were marvellous. Thank you very much.
