We had a truly excellent meal at La Tomate Verte restaurant. It tasted like home cooking, better than anything we'd make at home!
The prices were also generally more reasonable than other restaurants in the area, while still maintaining superb quality. We were delighted with this little restaurant!

A very good restaurant in Aix with modern and some regional dishes. The ingredients are fresh and not frozen, which is unfortunately often the case – especially in the more affordable price range.
The prices are reasonable, and the service is very friendly and pleasant. No one puts any pressure on you if the meal takes a while and you chat a lot.
All in all, a great experience, and a return visit is definitely planned.
On my second visit – also at lunchtime – the main courses were very tasty, although the appetizer (zucchini carpaccio) was a bit unimaginative.
It was a shame that it wasn't possible to get ice cubes for the tap water on a very hot day. Apparently, they were only available with paid drinks.

A lovely, unique, and delicious spot in Aix.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly.
The menu is a little complicated to understand, but the dishes live up to expectations: original and prepared with excellent ingredients.

Excellent restaurant. It's very convenient to have good vegetarian options; I really appreciated it as I was with my family, who aren't vegetarian, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The dishes were truly delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it!

First time here, we were drawn in by the lovely storefront and the cozy, modern atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food is divine, the portions are perfect, everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference. We loved our meal; it was beautiful and delicious! Thank you to the whole team!

Great place, stumbled upon quite by chance while passing by, because the menu was a departure from the usual pizza, pasta, and burger offerings. Imaginative, light, and high-quality cuisine with lots of flavor, seasonal, and fresh. Attentive yet relaxed service made us feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!

A truly wonderful discovery in Aix-en-Provence! La Tomate Verte is definitely worth a visit. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and attentive; you immediately feel at ease.
As for the cuisine, the chef offers a seasonal menu that changes with the harvest—you can taste the expertise and dedication to fresh produce in every dish. It's refined, generous, and bursting with flavor.
An excellent experience, highly recommended to all lovers of fine food!
