Excellent flavor menu, the foie gras as a starter = superb, the shadow knight with its candied leeks ditto Smiling and attentive service (even with the dog!), beautiful decoration of the room, well spaced tables. TOP address.

Where heaven touched earth. My experience here was fenomenal. The combination of flavors and texture brought literal tears to my eyes. I cannot explain it other than I felt love while eating here. Heavenly.

Simply fantastic. Divine family lunch. It's incomprehensible why it doesn't have at least 1 Michelin star. Mandatory stop for anyone visiting Nancy.

Before this last visit I considered Toq to be the best value for money restaurant in Nancy. I haven't been here for two years. I have to say that I was particularly disappointed this time. The cuisine is still delicious but the dishes seem more conventional and less elaborate than in the past. The quantities have decreased significantly and the price has rather taken the opposite path. The service which was impeccable before is clearly no longer up to par. Let's hope that this is just a slump because for me the seven other meals enjoyed there over the last ten years were perfect.

27/09/2024: I am very complicated at the culinary level, loving myself, making good food. But there, nothing to complain about from the starter to the dessert, as well as the service, everything was perfect. Extraordinary flavor combinations. I think this is the only restaurant where I left nothing on my plate and that’s an achievement. Thanks again.

11/01/2025: Never disappointed by this restaurant. The room itself is very intimate but never empty, a guarantee of the quality of the cuisine served there. Go there with your eyes closed.
