Very welcoming and good products.

I now live far from Bordeaux, but I always make sure to stop by the shop whenever I'm in the area. The canelés are still delicious, but the service really needs improvement. I took the opportunity to introduce your canelés to my colleagues, and some of them even placed orders. I could tell she was annoyed at having to serve me when no one else was there... I'll go to a different shop next time.

I would have liked to give it one star because of the staff. The canelés are very good, but the same should be said for the haughty and disdainful staff. No smiles whatsoever.

The quality of La Toque Cuivrée's canelés is undeniable. However, regarding the young saleswoman's friendliness, I would say: "Could do much better..." It's best to know exactly what you want before entering the shop, because at the slightest hesitation about which canelés to choose, you risk, like me, encountering the saleswoman's irritation. It's a shame, because a warm welcome is just as important as the quality of the products.

A must-visit shop on every trip to Bordeaux. The canelés are excellent. As for the soft caramels with canelé pieces, they're a delight.
