I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The welcome was warm, and the staff was very attentive, always available without being intrusive.
The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with fresh ingredients. You can taste the care taken with every detail, both in the flavors and the presentation.
The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, ideal for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

At Madeleine's, it's not just a meal, but a culinary journey. The food is made with love and butter, but above all, it's refined cuisine. You can feel the passion in every dish; everything is so... DELICIOUS. I recommend it without hesitation. The setting, the dishes—everything is incredible! It's a 20/20! My favorite restaurant in Niort, without a doubt! Bravo to the chef and his wife, bravo to the team, and a special shout-out to the egg that I've been eating with PASSION for the past two years.
