The pasta was good though the pizza was just OK, the chorizo was a bit sparse and sliced too thinly, and there was a bit too much cheese. The service though was top notch - attentive, efficient and very friendly, so all in all we were happy we decided to eat here.

In another place in the world, I would have given it a passing grade. But in Nice, a few kilometers from Italy, this restaurant doesn't get more than a 5. The pizza dough isn't bad, but the cheese (mozzarella????) is too much and cloying. The tomato and basil sauce on the penne isn't very Italian, but it's acceptable. The overcooked pasta, however, isn't acceptable. Get a truly Italian pasta that holds its shape! The service is okay, the atmosphere is nice, but it's best not to look at the dirt under the tables.

Interesting selection of pizzas and pastas. The desserts, especially the limoncello and champagne ice creams, are excellent.

The waiters were arguing, and the food was tasteless, strange, as if it had no seasoning.

Great portion size and speedy service, but pizza was so insanely cheesy that it was hard to finish.

Salon de Thé - Ile de Beauté

08/10/2026: Delicious meals and lovely staff. Fully recommend!!
14/08/2026: Breakfast overlooking the port of Nice. We came for a simple breakfast and found everything you could want: good coffee, creamy cappuccino, croissants, and pain au chocolat... basically, we started with the idea of a quick breakfast and ended up really enjoying it! 😋 But the real surprise was the prices, especially considering the location: €1.70 for a coffee and €3.50 for a cappuccino. In Nice, on the port, and in such a pleasant place, I honestly wasn't expecting it! 👏 The place is in a truly fantastic location, perfect for sitting quietly, gazing at the port, and starting the day slowly. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good quality, very fair prices, and a splendid location. When you find a place like this, you just have to come back! ☕🥐❤️
