While visiting Saintes with my family, we ate at the new owners' restaurant.
The pizzas are excellent, everything is homemade and you can tell. To top it all off, the desserts are also excellent. I highly recommend it.

We arrived with a group of 11. The owner had mentioned during the reservation that he was working alone and that there would be a wait, but we were quite happy with that. The pizzas were delicious, and the service was very friendly. When settling the bill, the owner waived the cost of an extra pizza he had made and offered a delicious pizza dessert on the house. Meanwhile, there was a constant coming and going of takeaway pizzas. This dedicated chef 100% deserves a 5-star recommendation!

Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are generously topped and crispy, the salads are delicious, and the prices are more than reasonable. Hats off to this young man who has experience in this field and has embarked on this adventure to become his own boss; he's courageous and very kind. I wish him all the best; he deserves it. Come and support him!

La Trattoria is a place we've been going to for a few years now, and with the change of ownership, we came to check it out. Well, we'll definitely be staying!
A courageous young man took the plunge and opened his own pizzeria. He had already worked in a pizzeria before, and it shows. The pizzas are generous, the dough is fermented and soft, and the toppings are perfectly balanced.
In short, if you're a long-time customer and are hesitating, or if you're discovering it for the first time, you can go without hesitation.
