The food is tasty. The only minor downside is that the service is mainly focused on the terrace and less so on the guests inside. But otherwise fine. That's why 4 stars instead of 5.

I couldn't finish my risotto the first time, and the next time we ordered a sharing platter: nothing but delicious ingredients. We couldn't finish that either. Everything was very good, and the service was excellent, with friendly staff on top of that. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Passing through on a business trip, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and the friendly atmosphere! Special mention to the petite brunette for her kindness, gentleness, and effort with the pronunciation of the Worcestershire sauce! I would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.

A very good experience at La Trattoria! The dishes are generous, prepared with quality ingredients, and full of flavor. The pizzas and pasta are excellent. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is efficient. However, a man (presumably the manager, as he said "my restaurant") started yelling at a group of young people and their activity leaders who were passing by because two of them walked between two tables. Given that the terrace was practically empty and the young people were quiet, no one seemed to mind them walking by. I recommend this place, hoping this doesn't happen regularly! 🍕🇮🇹

Beautiful terrace in a great location near the hot spring. Superb atmosphere with friendly and attentive waiters and waitresses. Varied menu and options available even for those with dietary restrictions.

We ate at the trattoria; there were six adults and four children. We received a very warm welcome. The service was perfect. The timing between courses was excellent. And everyone enjoyed the diverse and varied dishes.

05/08/2026: The service was very slow, though friendly. Their terrace is pretty and pleasant. The quality and flavor of the pasta were rather average. The pizza was better. A pleasant place, nothing more. A bit pricey for what it is. I think with a little more effort it could be much better.
31/07/2026: We went for dinner. We had pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, and salad. Everything was delicious. By the way, they had chili-infused oil that gave the pizza a nice kick. We sat on the terrace, where it was 25 degrees Celsius with a gentle breeze. Very comfortable. The service was good.

23/11/2025: The owners and staff are very friendly. The best pizzas in Dax if you like thin crust. Short delivery wait time. Go there at least to see if I'm right!
