Pizzeria Restaurant San Pietro sur Dax

The pizzas, pasta, profiteroles, and tiramisu were delicious. We weren't the only ones who felt that way; the place was packed!

I just had a wonderful meal! A little white Jurançon wine and the salad with tomato and burrata... the slightly spicy bull stew was perfect with a little Bardolino, homemade tiramisu and coffee... an address to always keep in mind when passing through Dax! The truly attentive service, listening to the customer, is all one asks for in a restaurant. Well done... you are true restaurateurs! But above all, a message to those who only say at the end (when paying) that it wasn't great, a problem here and there... I say no... you have to resolve the problem by calling the waiter, etc., and not by trying to beg for a discount. In short, being in the restaurant business, these people are a plague, and with social media, they think they have the soul of a true food critic, and we should find a way to ban them! In any case, well done, you remain a good address in Dax, and I plan to return as soon as I'm in the area.

The service was very slow, though friendly. Their terrace is pretty and pleasant. The quality and flavor of the pasta were rather average. The pizza was better. A pleasant place, nothing more. A bit pricey for what it is. I think with a little more effort it could be much better.

We went for dinner. We had pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, and salad. Everything was delicious. By the way, they had chili-infused oil that gave the pizza a nice kick. We sat on the terrace, where it was 25 degrees Celsius with a gentle breeze. Very comfortable. The service was good.
