Good food, slightly expensive value for money for the setting... In fact, the view from the openings is not the prettiest. And we were cold during our dinner.

Very nice place. The food was excellent, unfortunately there was no more roasted camembert but it was replaced by asparagus with whipped cream that fell on the floor so no disappointment. Thanks to the kitchen for its delicious dishes and to the dining room for its smile and kindness. I recommend !

Top restaurant. Delicious food and very well presented. Very friendly setting and very pleasant staff. The only small negative point that our table of 7 complains about is the wait. We found the waiting time between each dish to be long. However, the restaurant was full and there were few staff in the dining room, so it was completely understandable. We will gladly come back

Restaurant to rethink: the decor, the atmosphere... a shame because the dish was good but the presentation of the plate was not original for two cents.

Excellent city center restaurant.

Passing through the region and wanting to taste the legendary Touraine beuchelle, made with sweetbreads and kidneys, we wanted to look for the best and found it at the Bistrot des Halles. Led by a chef who is a candidate for the kitchens of Parisian palaces but who preferred to stay in his region of origin, the restaurant is pleasant with a modern/current decoration. The cuisine is traditional and of high quality. The beuchelle is extraordinary, largely decorated with morels and surrounds a purée of rare finesse. Beautiful list of local wines, the power of Clos des Marrons (Chinon) accompanied the beuchelle perfectly. Beautiful lost brioche offered for dessert. Coffee for less than 2 euros. Possibility of menus (but the signature dishes including beuchelle are on the menu) Beautiful, unmissable address.

A must-see restaurant in Tours: a warm welcome, attentive staff, and delicious dishes! Nothing to complain about, we recommend with your eyes closed :)

'e repas était correct, mais peu certainement mieux faire. Le service, il manquait le sourire des serveurs et pour l'ambiance ce n'était pas l'appanacée.
