Exceptional from start to finish! Honestly, Mamie Bigoude in Tours is a gem. An incredible atmosphere, magnificent decor, you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. And the team… what can I say? Everyone is lovely, smiling, welcoming, and attentive; it's rare to see so much kindness gathered in one place. The service is simply perfect. You can tell that everyone truly loves their work and does everything to ensure you have an exceptional experience. Always a kind word, always a smile, a genuine and contagious good humor. And in terms of quality, it's flawless. Everything is excellent, generous, beautifully presented; you can feel the care in every detail. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful time. A huge congratulations to the entire team; you are truly the best. If you're in Tours and have never been, go without hesitation; you'll be treated like royalty. For me, it's clearly one of the best places in Tours! 👏✨

I'd already been three years ago and had a fantastic experience. I went back yesterday and had another wonderful time! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the crepes are truly delicious (with quite a few vegetarian options, which is rare). I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Tours!

A superb crêperie if you're in the heart of Tours' historic center. A wide selection of traditional crêpes and galettes. The decor is, how shall I say, original and very unique. A lovely terrace overlooking Place du Châteauneuf, and reasonable prices. The staff is very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it.

The decor was original and quirky, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the food. There were no original galette combinations offered, and the ingredients didn't live up to our expectations (canned mushrooms, tasteless vacuum-packed ham...). In short, the galettes lacked flavor.
