La Traviata sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

The staff are very friendly, the pizzas are very good, but be aware of the wait, especially when there are large groups!

We had lunch at this restaurant during the week. The service was impeccable. The pizzas were excellent. Special mention goes to the crust, which was both crispy and soft. Furthermore, the portions were generous. We will gladly return.

A warm welcome and a very good pizza. The pizza is well presented, the dough is light and the ingredients are good. The only downside is the olives don't really have any flavor.

Excellent and friendly service. The pizza calzone I ordered was unfortunately charred on top. I was also disappointed with the dough: much too thick and bready. I also missed the tomato sauce in the pizza; it was smeared on top. Once out of the oven, the calzone was topped with cured ham, which covered the burnt top layer. I did cut it off. The filling was good, but rather bland in flavor. So, I give it 3 stars for the food. My companion's pizza was excellent (4 stars). The waiter was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Our drinks were served promptly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food.
