June 1st, 2026: This is the only place in Chalon where the daily special is consistently delicious: Thank you to the talented chef! It's a welcoming place that keeps you coming back: a great spot for a peaceful and particularly pleasant lunch. In fact, after trying many restaurants in Chalon, my friend Jacqueline and I finally settled on Paolo. We go twice a week and for several months now, we've been enjoying the quality and variety of the menu, as well as the speed and professionalism of the service: the daily special/dessert menu is excellent value for money at €14.90. The atmosphere is serene, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Simply the best! Kudos to the truly generous owners, who go the extra mile to please their customers. Thank you, Pascal and Sylvain, and keep up the good work in 2022 ;-).

The wait was quite long... 45 minutes for a pizza and a pasta dish. The establishment prioritizes takeaway pizzas! This discouraged us from ordering dessert...

Excellent pizzas, crispy crust, generously topped with high-quality ingredients! Remember to book ahead; we were just passing through and managed to have lunch, but you'll be more comfortable with a reservation.
