La Trinquette sur Nantes

08/03/2024: A very very very good surprise! I loved everything, from the appetizer to the dessert. It was very tasty, full of subtle blends of flavors. I felt like I was eating at a Michelin-starred restaurant++ because it was so well executed, but for an unbeatable price. We had the chance to chat with the chef at the end of the service, a man passionate about his profession, the products of his region, invested in original cuisine, pleasure, heart. I loved the concept of the mystery menu to discover new things because it's true that I rarely choose new dishes... Typically, I would never have chosen dessert: pan-fried pineapple, yogurt ice cream with lots of decorative tips and taste (lemon, coconut) on the plate. Special mention for this dessert! 😋 Without a doubt, I will come back to taste another mystery menu with April songs the next time I pass through Nantes. It changes every day.

26/02/2024: Always a real pleasure to come and spend a pleasant and friendly time, me being a vegetarian it's always complicated to satisfy myself and well it's done, I enjoyed myself 😋the wine offered was magnificent, we had a great time , the welcome, the meal and the place is really great 👍🏿 I highly recommend.
