La Truite sur Ferney-Voltaire

La Truite undoubtedly enjoys one of the best commercial locations in Ferney-Voltaire, but it could be put to much better use. The former main kitchen has been out of service for several years, and the establishment has been transformed into a pleasant tea room that also sells coffee and tea by the cup and in bulk. There's a wide selection of organic coffees and others from various origins. The owners offer excellent advice. It's just a shame that lunch is no longer served there. The owner is very pleasant, but it must be said that the rest of the team hasn't inherited her smile and sense of service. The future, one fears, is uncertain.
