I absolutely love going to the vineyards to enjoy wines made directly by the producers, a far cry from the gargantuan offerings of the various wine fairs… There, you make discoveries that are sometimes incredible, but always surprising! Plus, in the vineyards, you often see cows, but at Marwen's, you'll also find goats, of course 😍 An exceptional cheesemaker who organizes convivial evenings to share his passions. Go check it out! Our last recent evening at Marwen's was raclette. Almost over, as the season dictates. Hurry! And the recipe for potatoes with herbs, paprika, and chili: surprising at first with raclette, even though we're specialists (right, ham? 😉), but so delicious that I'm sharing it with friends tonight for the last raclette of the year.
