We came as a couple and honestly, wow!! Incredible food with excellent ingredients! We had the bone marrow as a starter to share (more than generous portion) and for our main courses, my partner had the burger of the day and I had the ribeye steak (cooked perfectly). The salad dressing was very, very good, and the aligot was simply divine! My absolute favorite... Thank you to La Vache qui Tète for the warm welcome and kindness. The service is excellent, with welcoming and smiling staff. You really feel welcome. The food is superb; I had a sirloin steak, and the quality of the meat was incredible. It was cooked to perfection. I sincerely recommend it.

06/06/2026: A brasserie where the food is excellent. It's hearty and homemade. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The truffade was superb and stayed piping hot until the last bite. The desserts are wonderfully fresh. The strawberry mousse sundae and the fruit salad were absolutely delicious.
30/05/2026: Passing through Clermont we found this restaurant easily accessible to enjoy a good truffade.
